Carving carbs suddenly!!!

Ok so I bulked for a while and never craved carbs. I ate the same foods I do now during a cut (brown rice, oats, yams) I NEVER craved any carbs while bulking but now all of a sudden I started carb cycling and its like hide your kids if they have crackers cause I'll eat them and crackers in full.

I now crave carbs like crazy and can't kick it. It takes soo much out of me to not eat all the crap in my house. But its weird because I only crave them like at night and of course on my no carb days. During the morning and afternoon I could do without them but come night time ooo boy watch out.

And while bulking I loved my brown rice/wild rice and my oats but now I want all the pastas and crap like that. I have also lost my urge to eat the brown rices.

HELP ME!!!!! Heh what do you guys do, or will this phase pass??

Just realizes the title should read "Craving Carbs Suddenly" not Carving, see I can't even type.

That's why I feel you're much better off eating moderate carbs everyday...

Ive been CC'ing for about 7 weeks now without cheats. Last time i cheated was xmas.

You get cravings, but the nature of the CC diet should be keeping it somewhat in check. Sure youre eating enough on your high day?

1 gram per pound you weight split up among 3 meals correct?

I'm not big on eating alot of carbs in one sitting of the good carbs, I currently eat a cup to a cup and a half depending on which meal it is on a measured carb day. On my carb ups I eat the same because I have no desire to eat more. I only crave bad carbs once in a while. And junk food which has only been happening recently.

^^ Wow, you have no desire to eat more? When I was carb cycling I once ate three cups of old-fashioned oats measured before cooking. I've also done two cups of brown basmati measured before cooking once.

Peace.

Nope, I am not big on oats, 1/2 cup is my limit or I lose interest. As for rice, a cup is alot in one sitting for me. JI could eat 10 cups a day if I ate them spread out. But to cram it into 2 meals I'm not big on it. Its getting better though as I go. Since I've stopped creatine recently and started cutting, I have dropped 4lbs which is mostly water but its doing great for the mental aspect of cutting. I think this is the rite plan for me and am gonna check my body fat come end of february to see if it has changed at all.
