I have the book and the cookbook.
Since he is hypoglycemic his book is geared more towards that. The contest diets are similar to beverly international - low carbs with carb ups every few days.
for anyone who has read or is familiar with Jay Robb's Fat Burning Diet (the book) is Robb a proponent of eliminating carbs or managing them in terms of amounts/types/time eaten?
thanks!
