    Cutting soon-Need help!

Ok, I plan to cut or do something to lose body fat in about two weeks as soon as I am done with my "bulking" cycle.. it hasn't really been a cycle really.. I never really planned it.. I never really made any diet plans with it or macrounit plans or anything.. I've just kinda been eating hard and lifting hard. I figured at my age I could get away with eating pretty much whatever I wanted! :P
Well, its been mostly true.. however.. I have noticed that i have put on some b/f not a WHOLE lot.. but other people have noticed... mainly my dad and my ex-g/f.

Now, I am 18 years of age.
152 lbs.. weighed myself in this morning.. thats about 10 lbs up since I first started paying attention again...
    5 Ft 8.5in...about

I have researched some different diets.. and alot if not all seem to revolve around carbs... cycling them.. cutting them out completely and replacing those calories with fat... etc etc..

However, I have no clue what to start out... I don't know which one to try first...

So any advice is very much appreciated!

Essentially what I need help on I *think* is choosing a diet plan which would be good for someone of my age..?
Also, the other big thing I really think I need to figure out is what my daily caloric requirements are.. Is there a chart that would show me what they would be at my height/age/body weight?
    2000? 2500? 3000?

I plan on running an eca stack with the whole bunch and perhaps doing some morning cardio..

What I have considered is eating clean throughout the day, then at 6pm shut off all carbs, wake up in the morning take my ephedrine stack and do some cardio.. 30-40 mins or so.. I have heard this to work wonders.

    Please help this lost sheep.
I have posted on here a few times concerning diet.. I never got on a strict diet.. but I definetly started eating alot cleaner!
So don't go bashing me or anything
    Thanks!

haha, I definetly agree... but I'm not bulking up to 200 lbs not right now at least!

I am a long ways away from being where i want to be in terms of size.. however.. I think I need to cut for a little bit.. I have too much b/f on me.. I'm not trying to get into contest condition or anything by any means.. I just want SOME definition.. the only place I have any real definition is my arms..

I mean I used to weigh 130 pounds.. so I'm pretty happy with myself thus far.

Anyways, just another note for finding out caloric needs.. my meals basically change every day.. (all pretty clean for the most part though) however, some days I eat far less.. some far more.. some days I don't have ANY time to eat.... I'll have to work right through meals.. and I have no choice.. other times I'll have all the time in the world to sit at home.. and eat a meal every 2-3 hours

So if anyone can give me some rough numbers, I would buy you a diamond ring Seriously, no joke.

I have a fairly good metabolism.. I am by no means fat or overweight... I have pretty much been able to eat anything all my life and stay pretty lean..

Do you know how many cals you were on when bulking? If so, just lower them by 300 or so a week, untill you are happy with results. And if you want diet advice, its basically useless if this is true.

Well if your 5'8 at 152 you must not have to much bodyfat. There are alot more variables like your current diet and activity level. But for a basic Pro sould be at around 170g (680 cal) Carbs 170g (680 cal) Fat 30g (270 cal)

Now this is a shot in the dark not knowing much about you. Just make sure about half of your carbs are devided between breakfast and postworkout meals. Your Pro should be devided evenly between all your meals. Take in a green vegies with most of your meals and drink atleast a Gal of water a day.

This is very ruff so don't expect greatness good luck!!

Well, all I am trying to say is that.. if I attempted to monitor my meals for 4-5 days and figure out what my maint cals are.. they would be a bit random... I was exaggerating a bit on that last statement.. I usually eat pretty well everyday.. I mean for the most part.. but sometimes.. its just yeah.. not so good.
