    Soy Protein

Use the search man. There are conflicting sides... but I would never use soy.

Who cares, use it. I know veggie bodybuilders who consume pretty much nothing but legume and soy protein, and seem to be doing fine. Plus soy improves thyroid function. In terms of bioavailability and quality it might not be the best, but it's not a cardinal sin to consume soy as many would have you believe.

    Peace.
