    Good quick foods...

Figured I would start a thread on foods that are good and quick to make. My entry is Hormel Turkey Chili. It has 400 total cals, 6g of fat (2G sat), 52g carbs (10g fiber) and 34g protein per can. I just had some and it is awesome. High in sodium, though.
If sense were common, everyone would have it.

Butterball frozen ground turkey burgers on the Foreman grill. Out of the box and onto the grill.

    One burger:
    170 calories
    0 carbs
    21g protein
    9g fat

I usually eat two at a time.

Fuck it, I'll take some EFA's and My vitamins with a moutain dew, doughnuts, and a big mac. I'm getting sick of not putting on weight. I've been putting on like .5 a week eating clean as hell. My buddy just eats tons of shitty food, and has been putting on muscle mass. I don't understand it.

Make sure you get the BUTTERBALL ones. Butterball adds seasoning which makes them very tasty. I have had the Jenny-O and Weaver ones and they SUCK. The Butterball ones can be hard to find though. I'm not sure where you're from, but here in the Northeast, Big Y and BJ's Wholesale Club are the only stores I've found them in.

they have turkey burgers at costco in the frozen section, for each 1/4 lb. patty there are about 3 grams of fat and 20 some odd grams of protein, and you can throw them on frozen, they are great when i'm lazy
