I gave up diet coke. I love my diet cokes

Also -- I always try to add something good to my life during lent-- This year- Its to not think so Negative, and to be more nice to others (since I have had a negative attitude at work, and at home)
I already feel better doing this.

Also- I think I'm going to steal Babs idea & give up shopping-- I LOVE LOVE To shop--and I soooo need to save money-so this will help a lot!

I never thought I would agree with you since one month ago we had a debate about dieting but I do.

    Debating is... intellectually stimulating

Still, sacrifice is areligious - anyone can do it. Quite a challenge, I have no doubt, and I'll respect anyone who can actually arbitrarily go cold turkey on something they love

Apologies then, I certainly would be the last to bother someone regarding any of their orientations.

But they're telling me to read the bible! It's like the electronic equivalent of Jehovah's Witnesses
