    What are the best fruits to eat???

    When are you suppose to eat them??? Before workout???

    Apples
    Strawberries
    Blueberries
    Raspberries
    If you're cutting I suggest you only limit yourself to a small serving of fruit a day. Avoid stuff like grapes, watermelon, banana, do a search on the glycemic index/sugar composition on fruits.

    It'd probably be cheaper that way. I just bought a tiny container of strawberries for like $5 canadian!!! Sure-Ill deff take the chocolate covered ones, i'll pm you my address

    Donīt foget that even fruits with a high G.I are very good for you, specially if you donīt take any multi-vitamins-minerals. You just canīt go tooo crazy on that.
