It's full of sugar and added starches (carbs) plus a whole lab full of nifty chemical stabilizers and flavorizers.

Real mayo (not Miracle Whip, but mayo) is eggs, garlic, salt and oil. That's it.

    You be the judge.

I buy miracle whip light, instead of the reg miracle whip. (reg 5g fat, tbs, light 2g fat, tbs) Jodi checked the labels and recommended the light-same amount of sugar in both, less fat in the light. I wouldnt get the 'ultra low fat' stuff though, too much sugar and other crap. IMO

As long as they aren't replacing fat with sugar and chemicals, then you're all good. You'll be sacrificing taste, but that's what you have to do to slim down sometimes.

I used to use light Helleman's, I think it was 5g of fat per tablespoon and 1g of sugar, not terrible at all.

    Peace.
