    mustard?

    if i use real mayo, i'll go past my fat requirements. is there a recommended mustard people use? the one's i see in the grocery store are low in sodium and have 0 protein, carbs, fat, sugars, etc... are these ok for a cutting/bulking? just need some flavor to add to my protein drinks.

    i hope your not throwing mustard in your shakes, i mean i love mustard but in your shakes mixed with chocolate or vanilla? as far as what type of mustard i would stick with plain yellow or a spicy brown, stay away from the honey mustards with the sugar
