What does that mean? The update is that I got pregnant and stopped working out for about...nine months or so. It's been hard to get to the gym on a regular basis with a little one around. However, I am hungry all the time so I needed some snack ideas. How's that? Thanks!!

Well, hi to you T! How are you? I sort of know how you are doing because I lurk around here a couple of times a week. Yes, we had a baby. He is seven months old now, hard to believe!!

Hi! Yes, he is a cutie, must be his daddy's genes...LOL! I am the queen of Fiber One cereal, I eat it every day with breakfast (no milk, just dry, along with one egg). I usually eat one piece of WW bread with all natural pb and fruit preserves once a day, too. The cottage cheese sounds good, but you eat CC with peanut butter together, like you mix them together? Unique!

Fiber 1 is great stuff!! Ive poured whey protein w/water over it (instead of milk) and add some berries!

cc and peanut butter is yummy!! alot of girls here seem to be eating it lately! I havent tried it yet but someone suggested to mix it together and then put it in the freezer for 30mins or so and its like ice cream? sounds good!

Vieope- I thought it was funny.

Hi Prince, nice avatar! Can you please be more specific about the granola? I eat one or two granola bars a day. I try to get the all natural variety, but I would like to eat it plain as well. Tell me the brand you get, do you eat it alone or with something else. Details, details! Thanks!

Thanks, and do you eat it with milk or soy milk like it's cereal? Or do you snack on it dry?

Since I am currently cutting the only time I eat it is for breakfast instead of oatmeal, only a couple days per week, with 1% milk.

I would never drink soy milk!
