    The concept of "Pre-eating"

You divide your food in six "smalls" meals. When you go to eat these small meals you find yourserlf stuck because you can`t eat everything.
    Now, think about this..
Probablly is something you do unconscious but since I started doing this very aware of what was going on I never got any problem with eating a lot.

I donīt know the scientific reason or maybe it is just psychologic. Now everytime I start a meal I eat 20% and stop, then I go back 10 minutes later and eat the 80%. It works.

It takes me 5 minutes to eat every meal, and I always want more.

    My diet only consists of:
    Brown rice
    Large flake oats
    Natural peanut butter
    Bagged spinach
    Apple cider vinegar
    Splenda
    Protein powder (unflavored)
Broiled eye of round, no seasonings
    Boiled chicken breast, no seasonings
    Baked salmon
    Fish oil capsules

    Weird, eh?

    Peace.

Vieope-- there are 200cals per cup of cooked brown rice. Thats 600 cals. 150 cals per large chicken breast. Thats 300 cals. 300+600=900 cals. The spaghetti sauce is way more than 100 cals per cup. So that is over 1000cals per meal.

aztecwolf-- 5'8" around 195Lbs. Havent weighed in over a week, so maybe more.

To answer your question V, i would say that if your eating BIG meals then eating that small bit first would pre stretch your stomach to fit the rest in... just a thought

3 cups uncooked, that would be a boatload of rice to eat,
Its not that much. Only one large pot. By my figures that about 1800 kcals.

I can't usually handle more than 4.5 cups uncooked at one sitting, even given a really long time to eat it. Hypoglycemia will set in if I am not careful. So I have to go slowly.

I can down the 3 cups pretty fast as long as I take a couple of precautions like having some meat with it or maybe some fruit beforehand and a little fiber to slow digestion.

Rice is a large part water when cooked lol. So a huge pot isn't such a tremendous accomplishment.

Maybe I am just used to massive overfeeding though
