Change the white rice to brown rice.

Brown rice has a lower glycemic than white which the carbs will burn slower reducing the chance of carbs storing as fat and not being burned. I will let some one else get a little more technical but trust me everyone will tell you brown is the way to go bar none. If your trying to lose weight I would not have pasta for your 5th meal and you may be consuming to much milk based on what your goals are. I would also go with chicken over beef. Your post says beef twice. I would have beef once and chicken twice. You should also add some good fiber type veggies like greeen beans or broclli. Your first meal says chicken I would go with some oatmeal with one scoop of protein powder flavored with splenda and cinammon or some egg whites or both.

Dude, you have no essential fats in there. Supplement with some fish oil caps and hemp seed oil or ground flax seeds/nuts/natural peanut butter, you don't want your testosterone to go all the way down.

The best way to get this is with fish oil caps. They really cheap and easy to get. If you need something quick you could always go with natrual pb and or a can of tuna to get some but not all of your efa's.
