    Question creatine & cutting ???

    can one continue taking creatine while on a 'cut'??

    Yes, some take it away because of water retention, just to see exactly how they look.

    I take it when I am cutting. Helps me with enregy levels and also, because of some water retention it helps me look fuller. towards the end of the diet I drop it out though.

    For maximum definition, I suggest you drop it at the end of your cut. Creatine causes water retention, which will cause water to obscure vascularity and maximum definition of your musculature. Getting maximum definition is a pain in the butt though, you gotta water/sodium/carb load/deplete and drop creatine, take in dextrose before the event, etc.

    hmmm....'water/sodium/carb load/deplete and drop creatine, take in dextrose before the event, etc.'...is there somewhere I could go to read up on this process?
