    Cooked beef calories

How does everyone here count calories from cooked beef? I dont imagine there are alot of beef eaters here on a regular basis.

With a Foreman style grill does anyone have an estimation as to how much beef fat cooks off?

I eat red meat a few times a week. I always buy Top round for steak and 96% lean ground sirloin.

The steak is approx. 2G fat per oz. and the Ground sirloin is 1.5G per oz. Then I even rinse my ground sirloin.

Don't know about the cals but you figure 4oz. lean cooked ground sirloin is about 30G protein and 6G fat.

Well, my package has all the required information on it, and you can cook the crap until its so dry I choke on it (I'm being serious), but I was truly curious if anyone had an estimation that they went on. Hmm.

Rinse the beef after cooking with hot water (ground beef Mudge), that will rinse away some fat.

BTW, I eat red meat. I love it!!! Have you ever made Jodi's cottage cheese meatloaf? SOOOOOOOOOOOOO good!

I also think you guy is reeeeal cute!
