Clean Carb = not processed, low GI
Fibrous Carbs = veggies
Complex = old fashioned oats, sweet potatoes, brown rice, kidney beans, etc.

It was once mention here about a "clean carb". Am I correct at assuming that they are talking about dietary fiber carb and not the sugar carb? Thanx!
