    Soybean Oil

I use low fat mayo (only 25 cals per tablespoon!) made with soybean oil with my tuna...and also some salad dressing made from the same. A friend of mine recently told me that even though the label does not list that the oil is hydronated in any way...all soybean oil is hydronated.

    Any truth to this?

I believe it is partially hydrogenated.
