OH and I just thought of this crazy idea that I will try too -
sugar free fat free pudding mix (any flavour) but mix it with protein powder, a lil water and brown rice and let it sit over night!!!

i love brown rice, even plain, but if you must spice it up the chicken broth is a good way to go, or even try to mix and match other random spices in the pot. That's the fun of cooking try stuff and see what works and what doesn't, even if i make something that really isn't that appeasing, if it is chalk full of healthy stuff i will just chow it down. As for the rice pudding i think i read a recipe somewehere for something similar to what aj put but there was also cottage cheese in it to. sounds good to me

Okay, this is what I do:
    One teaspoon garlic powder
    One teaspoon onion powder
Chopped green peppers and spring onions
    Minced garlic
    Sodium-free chicken broth
    One large cinnamon stick
    bay leaf

Then when it's cooked, I make a small sauce with:
    - One teaspoon and a half low-sodium shoyu
    - One teaspoon rice vinegar
    - One teaspoon water
    - One sachet Splenda

Pour the sauce over the rice, dice some boneless skinless chicken breast and fluff with a fork. Spray a bit of calorie-free butter spray. It's great, what I eat every day for PWO meal number 2. Maybe top with some sesame seeds. Alternatively you can throw in black eyed peas, beans, etc., or put the rice on a pan and fry with some egg whites.

    Peace.

funny you should mention that, i just tried mixing lean steak, mushrooms, onnions, and green peppers with it. definitly more fun to eat. for once, it actually felt like i was eating a real meal, and not just macronutrients lol (i.e. Oats, chicken, oil)
