    Green Tea

Is Green Tea good for you, acceptable...I drink tons of water, but I'm thinking if you fancy a hot drink, is it better than coffee, chocolate, hot ribena, etc.

    Love it!

I love green tea. I was taking it for a while when I was weaning myself from coffee and it worked great. It still gives you some energy and for some reason I just feel good after I drink it. It seems to be a mild diuretic. I was joking with a friend who said that green tea was suppose to make you live longer, how would we even know? funny. But good stuff.
