    Flax seed oil

    Simply, where do I buy this from.

    I just went down the local publix, and they didnt have it. I was scouting out my shopping which I will go back later. I must have looked funny sitting there with a notepad writing down all the nutrient info there

    Try it. I am not in USA so I donīt know. I heard ppl talking bad things about GNC.
    I hope flax seed oil works for anxiety too.

    Joel check the health food section of your grocery store. or ask someone that works there. they SHOULD carry it. all of the grocery stores I have been in do.

    In the uk, i get it from Holland and Barrett health store, i dunno if they have them in your world.
