    which do u recommend more?

    flax seed oil or fish oil on a cutting diet?

    i dont really care for "fish burps"

    You will wnat to incorporate a variety of fats and EFA's in your diet IMO. I would use a lil of all fat sources but definately be sure to include fish oil The burps subside after a while

    Yeah I don't have them anymore and I take about 15 caps a day!

    Where do you get fish caps?? Or fish oil?? Do you have to go to a health store or can you find them at a good grocery store?
