Assuming you are doing TP's carb cycling ???

Low carb day would be your BW in Grams for Carbs

On high Carb Days eat up. However you should be getting in around 2 grams per lb of BW

P and F should be consistent every day

Right on. The carb cycle should go something like High, No, Low repeat.

Another way to do it is to have a high carb meal/day (depending on bodyfat) every 3 days. An easy way to do this is plan your high carb days to be every Wed and Saturday. This way you get carbs mid-week just as you are getting tired of eating low carb and on the weekend when you are more likely to be out and around more high carb food choices.
