I'm NO expert by any means but I would certainly hit the weights. Muscle burns fat and theres no debating that. I would keep the calories around 1600 - 1700 30% Protein 30% Fat and 40% Carbs. I have done this and made substantial gains but I too have reached a small plateau. Maybe someone with more experience could provide you with more information. A couple guys here directed me to the stickies at the top of the forums. These have a ton good info in them. You might want to check them out.
