    Better than Atkin's cereal

    Ingredients: Soy grits, wheat gluten, soy protein concentrate, corn starch, corn bran, rice flour, canola oil, natural flavors, evaporated cane juice, salt, caramel color, vitamin E (mixed tocopherols) as natural antioxidants.

    The only negative I see in this cereal is the "Soy".. anything else you guys see?

    Hi-Lo with strawberries is much better than HI-Lo plaiin, but I'm not a huge fan personally.

    I'm totaly avoiding the atkin's cereal.. it taste soo good and I can eat the whole box.. so I bought the Hi-Low cereal, taste is ok.. only using it for one of myprotein source for now

    well it would be better than say Fruit Loops. otherwise in moderation it might not be bad.

    I like Fiber one, Uncle Sam's cereal.. but now I need food with high protein, and I usualy get the high protein from animal protein.. now I'm doing lent and I can't have any animal protein..I can have tuna, but too much tuna is not good for ya
