Try dextose/maltodextrin. That is all you need during your workout.
im going to start a during w/o shake instead of post.
i figure that instead of replenishing glycogen all at once in the end, it would be just as good or better to sip the shake throught the w/o.
does anyone have any advice with respect to when i should start drinking it--towards the end? anything else I should consider?
