you could also just do a clean slow bulk for a couple months and then cut as needed.
i was talking to a trainer at the gym, she told me to bulk for 4 weeks then cut for 4 weeks, instaed of bulking for 5-6 months and gaining a lot of fat. what do u guy think about that ?

Yes it is easier to maintain ideal compostition with short bulk and cuts. No big swings either way.

I think shorter cut/bulk cycles are great. That is what I do as well.

ok. that means for 4 weeks i raise my calories by 250 per week and then i reduce by 250 per week for cut and add cardio?
raise it by at least 250 a day, 250 a week will get ya no where, and do it cleanly so your cut wont have to be as drastic

when i cut, i cut 250 cals per day every week? i will 50% protein ,25% for carbs and fat. is that ok? do i have to do a carb up?
