Fight the fat that has become me.

Hi. Need help fighting my fat. I read some of Prince's posts and a few other users and came up with a new diet. I am currently trying to cut. I was 188lbs last week but today I am 185. That may be a good indication that I lost fat or possibly muscle . I ran through one of those online BF composition tests and it says I'm about 12% . Unfortunately I'm thinking more like 15% . Since the begining February I had been consuming 1800 - 1850 cals in a day and lost weight, but after reading this I came to think I may be too low. You can decide. I am 5'9" and 185 right now. Here is the new diet I have produced!

Not one person has any suggestions? Atleast tell me this. Are my calories too high, too low, or right on at 2250?
