Well, what are your goals?
I am shooting for around 2900 calories a day, doing a 40/40/20 split
I want a meal plan that is easy, CHEAP (I am in college), and I can just eat every day.
How is this for daily intake? I need opinions on the list and then help partitioning it into 5-6 different meals during the day please. I have been laboring over the details for hours now, and would like some outside opinions to apply to my plan.
1 apple
1 orange
1 banana
5 hard boiled eggs including yoke
2 servings pasta
2 slices whole wheat bread
2 cups milk
2 cups long grain brown rice
4 cans chunk light tuna packed in oil
(the above gives me a 40/40/20% split, according to fitday)

I could also throw peanut butter in there somewhere.
Perhaps some lean chicken and beef on some days, but it's so darn expensive relative to my budget! I am also concerned with the amount of greens in the diet, and what should be added to compensate...

hmmm... am I not giving the right information? I am just looking for feedback...

You will get better feedback if you list your meals in a meal by meal format ie:
Meal 1:
2 Whole Eggs
3 Whites
Veggies
Meal 2:
etc.

Thats the thing, I really need help breaking this down into meals. Everytime I get into it I am driven to frustration because of the 17 variables I forgot about.
I am considering competely forgoing milk and just taking calcium supplements as well.
Can I get away with eating that small amount of fruits/veggies a day, etc.
