    pork chops?

    if ure looking for some protein u gotta eat like 10 pork chops to get some........what u guys think???




    (btw im not familiarized with pork how many Pro for 100gms?)

    Pork tenderloin is actually pretty darn lean.

    Per 3 oz

    138 cals
    4 fat
    1.4 Sat fat
    24 protein

    Chicken Breast per 3 oz:

    137 cals
    3 fat
    1 sat fat

    If you're gonna eat pork, make sure it's from the loin. That is the leanest part you can get. And remember pork "the other white meat"
