Most friday night dine in places have things on the menu that u can order and stay within your diet. OR you can simply have them bring it to you specialized to your specifications.

BTW, by Friday night dine in places, I mean places like Chili's or Applebees, or Olive Garden... things that arent too expensive, but arent McDonalds either.

Every restaurant you go to should have a grilled meat option with veggies...ask for more veggies or order another side salad and ask them to skip the sauce...you'll be fine in any restaurant that way.

I ate out 2x yestarday. one was just a fancy restaurant. I got oatmeal(plain), grapefruit, hard boiled eggs(ate 1 yolk) and grilled turkey breast slices. along with a couple griled tomatoes.
they also had a new low carb menu but it wasnt exactly to my liking, it wasvery high fat(bacon, etc).
went to Steak N Stein last nite for grilled sirloin tip steak, steamed mussels and a garden salad.
MOST restaurants will cater to your needs. go for grilled meats(I always ask for no sauces if they add any) and salads/veggies with no dressings to be safe

Yup, any restaurant will at least attempt to cater to your need. After all, you're the customer.

Sara, all restaurants are basically the same. Just stick to lean meat, fish, veggies, salad, dressing and sauces on the side.
