Im in the process, and goals are changing with differnet seasons, its taken me just to get where I am 2 differnt diet plans. Which took about 2 days each to figure out/schedule/shop/plan.
how long did it take ya'll to get down a diet plan that met and satisfied your needs? how many different plans did you try? and how did you finally come to realize that that diet plan was best suited for you?

I don't know if I'm ever going to change my diet plans, these work very well for me:
- 45/30/25 balanced diet, John Berardi Massive Eating protocol with P+C/P+F meals, orienting carbs around workout...this is my bulk plan....
- TP's carb cycling for a cut
Peace.
