Read the stickies. You may be watching amounts, but other than that you are doing almost everything wrong; your diet is high in carbs and fat, and much too low in protein.
I am trying to 'muscle up' my limbs as I have a lot of loose skin after losing 15kg and reducing my belly by 10" or so.
I follow a muscle gain weight routine but I am not sure whether to work out each muscle group once or twice a week. Anyway I would like some critiscm of my diet -- on a typical day it is ;
Breakfast 30 gr aot meal and milk
coffee
200 cc milk
Snack 2 slices of bread spread with peanut butter
Lunch Chinese stir fried meat and a cup of rice
or cup of shaghetti & sauce
or 2 or 3 slices of pizza
Snack bread and peanut butter again
coffee
Dinner like lunch
Snack aplles/oranges 200 cc milk before bed
(altogther about 2000 calories)
extra s: 1 cup of high protein milk/4 litres of water+ /
I lift 4 times a week with 20 mins cardio on the other days-- I watch my diet as I don't want to add to my belly
Please comment Thank you

bascially from looking at your diet - TOO much junk, not enough lean protein, complex carbs, fiberous veggies or healthy fats.
