    Nat pb

I went shopping today, still new to the shopping/cooking/eating right deal. and I was looking for natural peanut butter. The question is are the brands like creamy jif pb the same thing? Is that what you mean by natural?

My guess is something like Smucker's Natural PB. The types that have a bit of oil floating on top. You know that stuff's good if it naturally separates.

If your confused just look at the ingredients. In nat pb it should be salt and peanuts nothing else. If in doubt if the jar op pb has sugar its not nat.

I've also found in the Deli section of most supermarkets there is also Natty PB you can buy in the pint/quart containers that some stores grind on the premises.

I picked up a large jar of natty pb from Costco. If it's natural it will say so right on the label and iMan is right, it will have a layer of oil on the top and you'll have to mix it in yourself.

I hate mixing a new jar of PB-its so messy and oil seems to spill everywhere-all over the jar and my hands. The companies fill up the jars too much IMO.

Yay, got some smuckers NATURAL PB. Only nuts and salt, little oily or whatever at the top, but taste tested it

Now to change my meal again though, it has more fat in it than my other stuff...
