    Post Nutrition plan for newbe.

    Hi everyone,
I am a newbie to bodybuilding. I weigh about 145lbs. I work out about an hour and half twice a week. I'm trying to focus or would like to build arm, chest and abs. I am really illiterate when it comes to body building. I would really appreciate any help/suggestions on setting up a Nutrition plan for progressive gains. I would like to gain some mass with as less fat as possible. Any help would be appreciated.

    Welcome to IM!
first off I think you will far more benefit by working your ENTIRE body rather than just specific bodyparts.
I would cut training back to 1hr sessions max and train 4 days a week.
as for diet - have you read all the stickies????? TONS of valuable info in them!

First of all thanks to you Atherjen for replying. I 've just came accross this site and already found some valuable info. But not have been able to read all the threads. As being a bodybuilding dummy, I don't know how to set or schedule my eating habits. Every time I talk to a trainer at the Gym they always talk about setting a nutrition/food plan. Not sure how to set or what to eat to gain some mass. Thanks again for you info.
