    dry roasted nuts

Dry roasted nuts are nuts that are roasted without oil, right?

I believe so, but then they add a bunch of salt and other crap....

I'm not sure if they are a healthy alternative or not.

Nuts are my downfall. At least they are healthy fats. It could be a lot worse I guess.

tell me about it, there is a costco size trail mix sitting in my office and i'm just keep finding myself going back to it again and again, of course taking out the peanuts, almonds, and cashews while leaving those nasty little raisins and those damn m n m's for everyone else

Trail mix is a major weakness for me..... I like the raisins, cashews, almonds, pumpkin and sunflower seeds the best!
