I'm just curious, is there any reason why you have to wait that long to work out. Why can't you just eat and then work out right after? Just curious about that.
Hehe i know my spellings real bad i got dislexia
Proper, you can, it's just a challenge to not throw up all over the weights. If you want to ingest a meal immediately prior to training, it's a much better choice to have a liquid meal of aminos and a small serving of high glycemic carbohydrate.
Peace.

Thanks Premo. I was just curious. I always have a protein shake usually a whey shake pre-workout and then I eat my meal after. But I like hitting my weights right after I drink my shake.
You should really wait 1/2 an hour before training so your body can digest the whey around 20 minutes if you can't wait to train
"Lift big, eat big, rest big"
"Rome wasnt built in a day"
"Go heavy or go home."
ok This goes back to my question before is there any reason why I should wait. A good explanation. Your really not telling me anything on why I should wait. Your just telling me I should wait. Is there a valid explanation why? I'm going to do some research. Thank you anyway Leg-press.
No, if you train right after a shake it'll be fine. That way you're providign your body with BCAA's throughout the workout. Just make sure you're taking in carbs to provide glucose for your workout and to spare the protein too.
Peace.
