    Question Diet log

    Can anyone tell me how to set up a diet lot. I wish to start keeping track of what I eat but have no idea how to start a log book for that. any suggestion would be great.

    How does that translate a hand carried version, I don't usually have excess to the web all the time.?

    I write mine in a small notebook then transfer to my online journal here at Im daily.

    And how does one get confused? Calculate thing meal by meal.
