    Retaining water

Does anybody find that they retain more water at night(before bedtime) than any other time of the day? Or is just me? Any if so, can anybody explain why that is?

just make sure that you are drinking enough water throughout the day to help flush out excess water weight.
normally though, if you eat carbs and such during the day you are going to appear fuller and weigh more on the scale vs. when you first wake up in the morning.

Thanks! Yeah, when I first wake up in the morning, I'm tighter and look harder and do weigh less. During the day though, my weight does fluctuate. I think I retain a lot of water, yet I drink about a gallon or more of water a day.
