The only way to show the abs is through diet. You can do crunches til your blue in the face but until you get rid of the fat they will not be visable.
Clean up your diet, that is the answer.

You do have to do some cardio to get rid of the fat, it can't all be done with just dieting. You'd be dieting forever.But crunches alone won't do the trick.
