    helloozz
    ive got a prob
    i want to get 6 pack..or just to loos my fat from ma stomach
    the think is that i have only fat in the stomach nowhere else.
    i dont know wot to do
    help plsss

    cardio is a great way of cutting off the fat. Weight crunches, incline cruchens, wieghted leg lift, incline leg lift, One are sind bends are just some of the ways of creating better abs.

    Sorry - Wrong answer

    The only way to show the abs is through diet. You can do crunches til your blue in the face but until you get rid of the fat they will not be visable.

    Clean up your diet, that is the answer.

    You do have to do some cardio to get rid of the fat, it can't all be done with just dieting. You'd be dieting forever.

    Yes most people need to do cardio as well. But crunches alone won't do the trick.
