1 meal 5 x day, for 12 weeks. Design it.

FOR CUTTING: An egg white omelet whipped with fiber and omega oils, with tuna, oats, plain yogurt, tomatoes and spninach? 5 times a day for 12 weeks. Sounds awful.

Isn't there the single perfect food or Meal Replacement yet?...I bet NASA has something in a tube that does everything.

I need one meal for 12 weeks. I only supplement with protein powder, glutamine, aminos and vitamins, essential oils. Protein is good, carbs restricted. fats good.

I'm at 9-10% bf and need to be at 5ish in 12 weeks. I lift 5, HIT 6.
My body's been stuck for 2 weeks.

Even if I could just dump a bunch of shit in a bucket and chow down without thinking, 5 times a day, I would do it. Help!

I'm a hard worker, but I need this to be a no brainer.

I eat 5 x a day. I eat 2000 calories a day. Never more carbs than protein. Only fat comes from oils. I eat Fruit (1 apple) /green veggies, oils, eggs, tuna, fiber one, whey shakes, glutamine, vitamins, aminos.

I've been reading posts for awhile, but havn't seen the answer.

I thought I figured out the perfect meal once: Whey shake (40 grms protein and scoop of glutamine, with cup of raw oats, cap of omega oil, serving of Fiber One cereial, and an egg. Shake like hell while driving.

500 calories, 50 grm protein / carbs, essential oils and plenty of fiber. Plus pop some vitamins and amino acids. 5 times a day. Good for cutting. Just lower the amount (calories) if needed to get in 2000 a day.

50 grams protein BLEND (mix of whey isolate, concentrate, casein, egg white albumen)
1 cup raw oats or 1 1/4 cups oat bran
1 tablespoon psyllium husk

This is your carb+protein meal

50g protein BLEND
1 teaspoon natural peanut butter (monounsat. fat and some omega 9s)
1 teaspoon coconut oil (sat. fat and MCTs)
10 fish oil caps or two teaspoons hemp seed oil or flax seed oil (Omega 3 polyunsat., Omega 6)
1 tablespoon psyllium husk (fiber)

This is your protein+fat meal

Take multi-vitamin+mineral with every meal, up your intake of these, because you'll have no other source of vitamins and minerals.

This is actually a pretty terrible diet to sustain for extended periods of time, though.

Peace.

I like it. I have all these. A little green veggies and some meat on weekends, and you could go for ever on this diet.

Anyone figure out a good chaser for flax oil? Normally, a squirt of pure lemon juice will kill anything, but not flax aftertaste.

how about brushing your teeth? I actaully like the taste of flax oil.
if you dont like that you may think about getting some hempseed oil (much better EFA anyways), the taste is more mild and nutty.

good luck on that diet, its not one that I would advocate but if you feel its one you can stick to. real whole foods would be best.
