Thats the best part of the damn bird!!! I use to eat gizzards all the time, now I don't, just the breast heh. Chicken looks good though, gotta go make some now damn you.

![]() Actually, the neck is good for making chicken stock. Make the stock, freeze it or whatever, thaw it out and cook your rice in it. (I'd throw away the gizzards and livers, unless of course, you like to eat those). |
