you mean aside from oats? as a carb source?
how about All bran cereal or Fiber 1 cereal. or brown rice even, or sweet potatoes too. some fruit, you could make some protein pancakes.
Red River cereal is great too(hot type).

brown rice and eggs go great together, i mean seriously you can eat anything, leftovers, sure why not, just make sure you are getting your complex carbs and protein

I sometimes mix eggs, rice, and back bacon (ham) together. Sprinkle some cajun seasoning on them, and they are great.

that stuff kinda looks like the 7 grain cereal i sometimes get, it has oats, bran, rye, barley, and a couple other grains in it, it is nice and tasty with a nuttier flavour but it takes longer to cook
