less gas?

With my new eating habits, of consuming lots of protein I get gas. Like lots of gas, and until i comes out I feel bloated. Is there any product that like nuetralizes gas in the stomach?

I know I cant be the only person with gas that takes whey....

Eat a lot of veggies-I find they help with my digestion.

Well, now that this charming thread is out in the open, I might as well put in my 2 cents:

I was using Prolab's whey protein and the gas was terrible. I switched to a GNC whey protein with digestive enzymes, and voila, I am almost back to normal. I don't know if digestive enzymes are something that can be taken by themselves, but they have seemed to help my gassy whey problem.

if it was Prolabs ProWhey its a no wonder-it is very high in lactose and fillers-thus causing the bloat.
you can buy digestive enzymes(caps) at your drug store.
also the above I mentioned aid in digestion.
