carrot juice

Hi all ... Wondering if carrot juice has too much sugar, espeically if trying to pack on muscle and stay lean ... I drink almost a quart a day. Also, are carrots high in carbs?

If your a hard gainer than I think the carrot juice is fine. There are better things you could have but if that's what you want go for it. If your not an ecto, I would reconsider the carrot juice.

absolutely, on both counts....lots of natural sugar, so very high in carbs. Now, it's better than pop, but you lose all the benefits of the fiber from natural carrots. If you're young, w/ a fairly high metabolism, you can probably get by drinking that much carrot juice; but to answer your questions, yes X 2

Is this juice made in juicer at home, or are you talking store bought stuff?

I donīt know why but everything that is "natural" and is sold in a bottle, I am suspicious.
