Yet another cutting diet to critique....

Hi everyone, Im somewhat of a lurker here. Ive been trying to cut down for summer and I could use some help putting together a decent diet. Im 6', around 160 maybe 12% bf (got it measured at the gym on one of those machines that you just stand on and grip the metal thingys) Anyways, heres what I came up with..

Meal 1 - 1 egg, 3 egg whites, 1 portion quaker oats, .5 cup milk
351 cals, 26/35/11 (P/C/F)

Meal 2 - Nonfat yogurt and 1 portion cottage cheese
190 cals, 19/25/2

preworkout - banana
92, cals 23 carbs

Meal 3 -postworkout - myoplex w/ water
270 cals, 42/23/3

Meal 4 - Turkey sandwich w/ low carb tortilla
175 cals, 25/15/4

Meal 5 - Grilled chicken salad w/ olive oil
395 cals, 52/0/14

Meal 6 - cottage cheese w/ mixed berries
120cals, 15/14/2

Totals - 1593 cals, 178P/135C/36F

Any help would be appreciated! I dont really want to lose alot of weight, just trying to cut down my bf%. I do cardio almost every day, alternating between hiit on the stationary bike and running on the treadmill low intensity.

Thanks!

one question, you're 6' and 160lbs, and you want to cut?

is your goal to look like a bean pole?

first off you need to EAT MORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
or else your going to end up loosing a ton of lean mass and messing up your metabolism!
cardio EVERYDAY???? thats overkill too!

Dude with enough muscle even 'fat' guys don't look fat. A little flab around the midsection is nothing to worry about if you were like 20% then yes i would say cut but a little flab? nah not worth losing the time (when you start bulking you will realize what i mean) and the muscle.

A lot of flab around the midsection is nothing to worry about either
