Fiber One and a whey shake 5x a day?
Cutting: Thinking of this for 2 weeks: Fiber One cereal is mostly fiber carbs, no sugar/fat = about 150 gms of carbs + 250 grms of whey protein a day. Calories = 2000 daily
Maybe a little oil for fat, and vitamins/glutamine. Trying to jump-start my fat loss. I'm stalled (2 weeks) at 9% BF. I do HIT 6 days and lift 5 days. I'm trying to simplify. ![]() |

Shakes are meant to suppliment not replace real food. I've tried something similar to this.......BAD IDEA. You will feel like liquified $h!t. Your body will hate you for it.

Sackin' up every day

yeah sorry dude that is a terrible diet, just make your diet full of oats, brown rice, chicken, eggs, and tuna and you'll be set, plus dude you would have the nastiest gas around with that diet

Looks like your cals are pretty low and you are doing tons of cardio and lifting. I would try refeeding 2x/week.
The answer to your question is a resound NO. That is a horrible diet and will undoubtedly result in unwanted effects.

Thanks. I'll use real food. What is refeeding?
Maybe just tuna and oats then...maybe a couple of shakes a day. This is for 2 weeks. I've been stuck for 2 weeks at 9% I need to shock the last 10 lbs out...their hanging on for dear life. |

hows your diet currently look. perhaps it needs adjusting. that diet you posted is TERRIBLE!!!! you need WHOLE foods.
and not just tuna and oats either. add in lots of fiberous veggies and EFA's. as for refeeds info - check the stickies ![]()

My diet is about 2500 cals a day; EFA's 3x's, an apple, Fiber One, Tukey or chicken or tuna or salmon, 2 shakes a day, glutamine, vitamines, 2 cans mixed veggies (no salt). 5 meals (ratios are 50 Protein, 40 carbs, 10 fat) Hit x 5 days, lift 6 days. Maybe I should just lose the carbs except for the veggies. I hit a wall here/2 weeks now!
