Last Week of TP Cycle before contest

How should I arrange the final days (High, Low, No) carb days before the Saturday BB'ing show??

clhelget - You really need someone to help you with the final week. There is no set plan for final week contest prep. That is all trial and error with your body. Sodium loading, carb depletion, carb loading, dropping water etc.

Here is a couple of articles from Bulk Nutrition. Although they aren't Carb cycling, they do give some good advice. The first article by Layne is very thorough



Obstacles don't have to stop you. If you run into a wall, don't turn around and give up. Figure out how to climb it, go through it, or work around it.
