What are the benefits of carb cycling?
i was just reading some of the meal plans some of u have posted in your diaries and was curious about the carb cycling. What is the purpose of it? HOw do we cycle carbs? ( which carbs at waht times?) and can it be useful for someone who is looking to put on muscle mass and lower body fat levels??

i just strted to use and post on this forum. I don't know where the sticky is. If I did know and had read it I probably wouldn't have posted my query. So if you could please direct me to the sticky I will figure it out myself. I thought this board was supposed to be full of helpful people. I haven't see it yet

Hi Piera - Directing you to the sticky IS helping. If you aren't sure where to find them, we'll tell you. (no one was scolding you - just pointing you in the right direction) then after you read 'em there are plenty of people who will be happy to answer any questions etc. ease up a bit. k?

Also, even if you have no idea what a 'sticky' is, everything in the forum is labeled. 10 seconds of looking would have found you the 'search' button, the use of which i think even you can decipher. |
