are you looking to drop 4% body fat (to 11) or get to 4%(which is hard and most competitive bodybuilders compete at that level or more even).

a low fat diet is not the answer. you need healthy fats in your diet regardless of your goals.

post your current diet. also, have you read the stickies on dieting?

At 6 fott 200lbs and 15% bf I would focus on putting on some muscle and trying to lean out at the same time with a consistent clean diet and good traiing program. A serious diet that is going to get you to 4% will make you nothing but really skinny. Don't you want to be lean and a decent size at the same time? Or do you want to be a stick figure?

yeah 4% is REALLY low dude... even at 8-10% you'd still be pretty lean... if you really wanna cut i'd aim for 10-12% first and then go from there if less body fat is what you think you want (which you won't want)

as the others said, unless you're gonna compete there is no reason to get down to 4%.

4% would be next to impossible to maintain. Just looking at cheat food will cause you to pick up 1% or so.

9-10% is a much more realistic goal.

If I were you then I would just do more cardio while decreasing your caloric intake a couple hundred per day or none at all. I have the same stats as you: 6 foot, 200 pounds, 15% bodyfat.

When I was doing cardio my bodyfat was more like 12%. I cut down my cardio a lot (I still do it once or maybe twice per week for 20 minutes) to help me bulk. My metabolism goes out of control when I jog more than 5 miles per week; I was doing about 12 miles a week before. I was eating A LOT of food too.

all depends on genetics and how "off" a healthy eating path they venture.
