Butter Sprays

Is it ok to use those butter sprays such as "I can't believe it's not butter" or is it bad for you? It says no fat, no calories, etc.

I use olive oil pam. I also have a pump sprayer, that I fill with olive oil. It sprays like a bottle of pump hairspray!

The "no fat no calories" is a US-permitted fib. In fact, one conservative spray has half a gram of fat, according to Canadian labelling. That's all it is, butter-flavoured oil.

Oh shit, I've been using this butter spray like on my sweet potatoes and sometimes a few sprays on my brown rice. I guess I need to stop. Thanks for the info!

I never spray it on my food, and so little is used in the pan I dont think its a big deal.

Olive Oil sounds like a good idea though.

It does add fat/calories.. but it spreads it out a lot better than if u were to use regular oil.
