Salad Dressings

What would be a good dressing to use on my salad. Is Olive Oil vinagerette ok or could someone suggest one to me that's allowed?

Thanks!

I have found this salad dressing at my local supermarket called-Walden Farms Sugar Free Soy Protein Salad Dressing-it has 0 fat 1 carb 2 prot 0 sugar 0 fiber. Serving size in 2tbsp. It tastes awsome, and it comes in a ton of flavors. I haven't tried them all but the italian and ranch are damn good.

It works just to change things up a little but I still enjoy my EVOO and Vinegar!

personally I just use hemp, flax or extra virgin olive oil with spices and herbs.
also I posted a few recipes for salad dressings in the recipe section. the avocado one is quite yummy!

I've seen Walden Farms, but never with soy protein.

I like blue cheese. Sure, I could do something like others do, but BC dressing isn't that bad.

Dressing isn't that good for you. Most people go completely overboard when they add it to their salads. It's usually the dressing that makes the salad unhealthy. Blue cheese is one of the worst ones. But it is yummy.

Is it one of the worst? I use litehouse. It's lower than alot of others in every category. I realize a vinagrette would be better, but I can live with the BC Then again, I only use a about a tablespoon of any dressing.

This is what i do every time I eat veggies. I'm a boring guy:
-50 ml apple cider vinegar
- 50 ml water
- one teaspoon cinnamon
- one teaspoon paprika
- one sachet or two of Splenda

Pour liberally over your salad. There's like 2g of carbs in this dressing. Add Udo's for EFAs.

Peace.

yeah i love it when people say they are eating a healthy low fat meal, then they throw on like a half cup of dressing, that'll set you back a crapload of fat grams, i keep my salads at 2 tbls., which with the newmans light comes out to 4.5 grams of fat, then i add some pepper or other spices for more added flavor
